Rum Balls Recipe
Here is one of my favourite recipes Rum Balls that can be enjoyed any time of day
The preparation time for the Rum Balls is roughly 15 minutes
The ingredients you need are:
A 395g tin of Nestle Condensed Milk
250g of milk arrowroot or milk coffee biscuits, then crushed
2 tablespoons of Baking Cocoa to be sifted
A tablespoon of Irish Cream or Rum (if you wish)
A cup of dried coconut (80g)
1 cup of extra dried coconut (80g)
To make the yum balls of chocolate and coconut with the added taste of rum, firstly line and grease 2 baking trays with some baking paper. Crush your biscuits, add these to a bowl with your Nestle Condensed Milk, coconut, Baking Cocoa and Irish Cream/Rum. Mix all the ingredients well.
After this roll your mixture into the balls, then roll balls in extra coconut.
Finish the treat off by placing on a serving tray, put into fridge until they are set.
